We apply a 14-day right of return from when you receive your order. Simply drop us a line at hi@aurasthlm.com along with your order details.

In order to qualify for a return, the item(s) you wish to return must remain unused and unopened. They should be in their original packaging, with the seal intact. Please note that the initial shipping charges cannot be reimbursed, and there might be a processing fee. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Aura takes payment security seriously. For this reason, we use Swish Payments to securely handle payments.

Orders ship on weekdays from our warehouse, usually within 1-2 days. If it's a Friday or holiday, shipping starts the next weekday. The order process specifies standard delivery time. Remember, these times are estimates; there might be delays during busy periods at our warehouse and with shipping partners.

Small parcels go to your door/mailbox; larger ones to a nearby collection point. Not collecting on time may lead to charges. If an item is out of stock, we might need more time or could cancel the order. For out-of-stock items you've ordered, you'll get a refund.
